Medium Density Fiberboard with its great Characteristic

MDF is sound as medium density fiberboard because it is produced fiberboard same to particle board. The dissimilarity between the two boards is the size of the particles. Medium density fiberboard is made from a very fine and small wood dust whereas particle board is made from larger wood chips. Both have their own characteristics and uses.

Disadvantages for using MDF:
  • Contains toxic resins
  • Its dust is dangerous
  • It is not suitable for most joints
  • It should be fully shut to avert toxins from escaping
  • It should be cut in ventilated areas
MDF is a consistent industrial panel with superior dimensional strength, smooth flouring and of a high density. The identical components of a MDF board will differ from product to product.
